I just got home from a ballet lesson…

Ever seen a guy in a cowboy hat in a ballet class?

Me neither, til tonight.

That wasn’t supposed to happen though…

I thought I was going to a couples dance class…

That is, until I arrived and remembered that we’re social distancing.

“I don’t need to learn ballet positions” I thought to myself…

“I’ve won competitions in 3 states, I don’t need basic stuff…”

You see, at the ripe age of 18…

Friend of mine took me to a little country bar for karaoke…

I saw that the guys that were dancing had girls with ’em.

“That settles it! I’m taking the country dance class Mom keeps talking about!”

Anyway, here we are a decade later and I still take formal dance classes.

So, Robert, you’re rambling again…

Why am I telling you about this?

Well, there’s two points to be made here…

The first is that in the face of adversity, find a way to move forward…

Even though most of the people in class don’t want to touch other people…

The instructors found a way to make money given the circumstances.

The second is that even when you have been doing something for a long time…

There’s always something new you can learn…

So, my request to you is this…

What would you like to learn more about as it relates to business and marketing?

I have the resources to call on to learn almost anything and pass it along to you…

Let me know in a reply, something short like “Facebook ads” is fine, or give me a bit more in depth idea of what you’d like to see…

Chat soon,

Robert “Ballet Cowboy” Segelquist
