What I learned in a hotel…

In my last email, I discussed the Texas heat on South Padre Island…

I happened to be there last week on a work-cation.

The hotel is still recovering from recent events..

so it wasn’t fully operational.

The cafe wasn’t open.

But you couldn’t turn a corner without seeing a sign for the cafe…

They proudly serve Starbucks…

And I know, because it was advertised everywhere.

The photo below is from the front door…

The cafe is behind the pillar with the red X…

but you can see the Starbucks sign circled in green.

 

Did it offend me or affect my stay at the hotel?

NO!

Did it make me want a grande black and white mocha?

Well, I plead the fifth…

but it certainly made sure I know where to get coffee during the stay.

This applies to everyone’s business…

Add another Call to Action (CTA) into your internet footprint here and there…
